HOW TO MAKE RABRI(राबड़ी)
(Rajasthani recipe)



Curd                                                 400 gm.
Bajri flour                                         4 tsp 
Cichkling(मोठ) flour                           2 tsp            
water                                               200 ml.



Mixed the four item and keep in the sunlight its in a pot, covered with a cloth up to 2-3 hours
first fry in a pan mixed item with little butter on the fire, add two-three glass water
 and well cooked as KADHI some long time.
put off fire. and wait for  the cooling
now ready RABRI
Now well mixed these bellow
fresh curd, roasted cumin,  small pieces of onions.
salt as require and add some cold water if require
ready to Serve
